I wrote a comment for the beautiful pictures!
I just want to let you know, in case you haven't heard, that there are a few wildfires around us. They are all being blown away from our immediate area, but Lake View Terrace, Porter Ranch, Chatsworth, Thousand Oaks, New Port Beach are all involved. As far as our house, don't be alarmed - it's safe! If you have friends living in these areas, you can send them an email to check on them. Anyway, consider yourselves lucky that you don't have to deal with the traffic and freeway closures around here! Dad and I will be fine and stay alert. I'll keep you posted.
