Cheers for Your Adventures & Good Work!

Hey Guys,

Warning! This is Mama Talk: Both of you sound like you are a little under the weather; please remember to take care of your body first and foremost. Eat diversely as much as possible - fruit & vegetables are what give you a variety of vitamins and fiber - they keep you healthy in general. Yogurt is good for keeping the bacteria level balanced in you. Power bars and multivitamins cannot replace the good stuff I mentioned before, but they can be used in addition to those foods if you want a boost. Also, wash your hands often and floss your teeth regularly - I was surprised to learn how bacteria between your teeth actually makes your immune system weak. The other most important thing is getting enough sleep - your brain counts on it to regenerate and "reset" your body functions every night.

You guys are doing some awesome work thousands of miles away from home, and being healthy ensures you energy, good mood, and strength to do everything you want to do.

Sorry if I sound boring because you actually know all this stuff, but I am your Mama and I will always care about you : )
