Today we had quite a late start... we didn't get all of our luggage until 5pm!!! then we showered and went to the Zoologischer Garten area in Charlottenburg. There are tons of shops and food. We got the phone right away and then walked around for quite sometime. We saw the infamous Kaiser Wilmhelm Memorial Church which was stunning...which dad seemed to really like. Then we ate at a traditional german restaurant that had been there since the early nineteen hundreds, so so good. I had bratwurst and dad had something that was better than my food but i can't remember the name... after some dessert and coffee at a seperate little cafe we took the subway. we thought we totally knew what we were doing and then ended up going too far. when we got back to where we were supposed to get off we ended up walking over 3 miles to get back to the hotel... hilarious, it was fun though.

the plan for tomorrow is an early wake up call and a lot of apartment hunting... oh and oktoberfest starts tomorrow!
