Hi from Mama

Kao Kung Eric and Kum Pau Tiffany are here this weekend. We went to the Chinese New Year Trade Fair at Pomona Fairplex today and we did food tasting ALL afternoon. I bought some Japanese skin care product samples and hair color. I am excited to try them. There were all kinds of venders from companies that make koy ponds to electric street cars, and everything in between. We were quite impressed with the massive turn out. Eric said it did not feel like an economic recession, but people might not be spending much money, like me. Anyway, it was really fun to do this with Eric and Tiffany.

So, Amanda, I will send your driver's license to you. Do you need anything else from here, especially if it's pretty light? Let me know.

Dan, how was New York? Did you get to see the plane in Hudson River before it was retreived?

You guys must read about this plane emergency landing on Hudson River alongside Manhattan. It was amazing how the pilot kept everyone alive!

I miss you guys very much, although I am already very busy. The five-week online course requires my attention daily not to mention the other 4 classes are almost as demanding. The good news is I am already 1/3 the way through the online course. Yeah!

Dad's work is slow right now, and I enjoy seeing him more. He even had a chance to clean the yard and pick up after Max today. It's really nice!

Thanks for the photos, Mander. Dan, post some pictures if you took some in New York.

Chinese New Year is on Jan. 25 - FYI.

Love you guys,
Mama
