Check out this interesting court case

It's a short report of a US Supreme Court appeal-case - if you haven't seen one, it's interesting just to see it. (Click on the html links to read the 4 sections of the report.) The case name is Lau vs. Nicolas (the name has a special connection to me!) and it's about the rights of 1800 Chinese students to equal access to education due to language barrier.

The short video is good, too.
