Hi Dad,
How's it going? Well to fill you in... I have basically finished my sculpture, although I need to go in again either today or tomorrow to finish some detail work, as you can see the details are a bit rudimentary. I also helped my friend Aviva yesterday with a project. We shot a stop motion animation, it looks so good! Once it is edited together I will try to link it to you or something. But we are just beginning and there will be other shoots before we both leave.
Of course we are still dealing with a bunch of craziness from our land lord. We talked to a neighbor about it and plan to go visit the owner of the apartment to discuss what is going on.
Also, this week we went to Naturpark Markische Shweiz which is a national park 30 miles outside Berlin. I took a few pics if you want to see them. It was gorgeous... but I got eaten alive by mosquitoes. I probably have 20 bites that are swollen and painful.
We also went to the Natural History Museum which was incredible! The whole place was designed really well. And they apparently hold the world record for the tallest assembled dinosaur skeleton in the world, which was pretty amazing to see.
I miss you all, of course. I gotta clean the house before me mum comes!
Love,
Amanda
